01/18/2006 12:09 PM Alert
There are a growing number of software vendors claiming their products will make companies compliant with the U.S. Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act.  Gee, why am I skeptical?  So much of this regulation is based upon the implementation of policies and procedural controls.

Have you implemented any of these SOX Compliance software packages, and have found them to meet their compliance claims?  Are there any they you have found to be almost completely worthless?  Have you tested any that you would like to either warn us about?  Or, recommend?
