Best privacy advisers in 2007

On Thursday, 10/18, Computerworld released their list of "The best privacy advisers in 2007"

Three categories were listed:
* Best privacy law practices
* Best privacy and audit consulting firms
* Top 25 privacy experts

I was very pleased to see I made it on two of the three lists! In the listing of best consulting firms (7th behind the big firms), and in the listing of best privacy experts (13th).

I was especially honored and happy since most of the others listed were the large audit and consulting firms and huge law firms.

To those of you who listed me in the survey, thank you!

This recharged me; I'll try to work even harder to help you with not only your privacy initiatives, but also with your information security and compliance initiatives, along with assisting with the very important task of partnering them all together for the most effective business results.

I'm renewed and re-motivated to continue trucking along with my projects and writing, even if at times I am tempted to just farm full time. :)
